We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our customer care department. The Customer Care Centre provides agents an excellent opportunity to develop their skills within a dynamic and growing environment.

Location: London

Job Type: Part-time

Working Hours: Weekends in shifts of 5-6 hours.

Role description:

  • Manage high volumes of orders from customers.
  • Deal with inbound and outbound calls to customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and query handling.

Candidate requirements:

  • Reliable, self-motivated and enthusiastic.
  • Confidence and telephone etiquette (past experience preferred).
  • Comfortable using MS Office and basic internet applications (E-Mail, Explorer, Messenger software, etc.)
  • Fluency in other languages preferred (Hindi/Urdu, Farsi, Arabic, Chinese)
  • Ability to multitask
  • Being able to travel to and from office at the stated hours
