Regional Sales manager
Europe’s number 1 on-line food ordering company has been operating in the UK for 3.5 years and has established over 3,000 restaurants in the independent Restaurant market. We are in a period of aggressive growth and we are looking for a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager with around 12-18 months man-management experience, and 4-10 years field sales experience to help us grow even more aggressively and expand throughout the UK. Applicants for this position will need to:
- Have relevant FMCG/QSR segment experience
- Be Highly Motivated

- Demonstrate a proven track record and appetite of leading a sales team to exceed expectation

Responsibilities for the role:
- Managing and expanding a field sales team across the south of the UK
- To hit and exceed all KPI’s built around sales performance, market activation and revenue
- To manage the expectation of the team over what is achievable
- Reporting directly to the UK Sales Director
- To Work as a member of a the wider UK management team
- To manage and expand your sales team and give them training, development and support
- To manage your own time and agenda to deliver the company’s plan
