Just Eat launches on Amazon Fire TV
Stock up on Breaking Pad Thai, Orange is the New Black Bean & West Chicken-Wing
Enjoying a night in with a box set and a takeaway just got a lot easier. Just Eat has launched on Amazon Fire TV, which means viewers can use the same TV screen to watch their favourite flicks and order a delicious takeaway.
The launch of an Amazon Fire TV app sees Just Eat, a leading global marketplace for online food delivery, offer customers another great way to quickly browse hundreds of restaurants (Just Eat has over 27,600 across the UK) at the click of a button.
For those who want to get back to the on-screen action quickly, Just Eat’s Fire TV app allows users to reorder the same meal they’ve previously had with just one click. So, if it’s another margherita pizza they’d like, the user can spend less time lost in menus and more time lost in the thousands of movies and TV episodes available via Fire TV. The app also gives updates on the status of an order, so customers can keep their eyes firmly glued to the TV screen until the meal arrives at the front door.
Customers can download and use the Just Eat app on Amazon’s complete range of Fire TV and Fire TV Stick devices, starting today.
The Fire TV app caps a strong few months of ordering innovation for Just Eat, which includes launching an app on Xbox, allowing gamers to instantly order their favourite food, and creating a Chatbot to help customers find their flavour.
