Just Eat triumphs at Drum Marketing Awards 2016
JUST EAT scooped the coveted ‘Advertising Strategy of the Year’ award at the UK’s annual Drum Marketing Awards.
We were recognised for our hugely popular mini-fist-pump campaign in the UK, featuring hits like, ‘I need a balti’, ‘I see you baby… chicken madras’ and most recently ‘Everybody, chicken satay'. The campaign featured high-profile TV, radio and print adverts – as well as a fully-integrated digital strategy.
The judges decided that JUST EAT’s advertising strategy ‘developed the excitement of the experience and reflected it in the creative, clear thinking and strategy built on enormous research and insight’.
Not only have our ads got the nation singing, dancing and working up an appetite for their favourite foods, they’ve inspired conversation all over the net and even inspired a few fan parodies – helping us to raise brand awareness and keep JUST EAT top of mind.
Winning this award is a fantastic achievement and sees the ‘mini-concert’ campaign bow out on a triumphant high. A huge thanks to everybody who helped us get here, past and present. And we look forward to delighting you once again in the future…
