Just Eat wins Fast 50 Award
Ranking recognises Just Eat as one of the UK’s fastest-growing tech companies.
Just Eat plc is today pleased to announce another addition to its creaking award cabinet – this time bagging a coveted UK Fast 50 gong. The award programme, now in its 17th year, champions the 50 fastest-growing tech companies in the UK.
As a UK Fast 50 company, we are recognised for our incredible revenue growth over the past five years. The award also celebrates our innovation and entrepreneurship, and further cements our position as one of the UK’s leading tech companies.
Commenting on the latest industry accolade, David Buttress, Just Eat CEO, said:
"I’m delighted with our excellent progress across the business. With revenue growth up 58% year on year and over 6.9 million active users, it’s clear to see why we’ve bagged a UK Fast 50 award. I would like to thank the whole team for their continued passion and commitment."
The team did a collective mini fist pump on hearing about the gong, in a truly dedicated nod to Just Eat’s current marketing campaign.
Now the company will be put forward to the Deloitte Technology Fast 500 EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa) programme and will hopefully be recognised on a truly global scale as the world’s number one online and mobile marketplace for takeaway food operating.
